Job Description

Responsibilities

  • User Support: Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users, resolving issues such as login problems, access permissions, and general troubleshooting.
  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Salesforce, including regular audits and data cleanup activities.
  • Customization: Customize Salesforce to meet organizational needs, including creating and modifying fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
  • Workflow Automation: Develop and modify workflows and understand the flow architecture to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
  • Reports and Dashboards: Generate and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to track sales performance and other key business metrics.
  • Security and Permissions: Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions, ensuring secure and appropriate access to data and system functionalities.
  • Additional tasks as instructed by the client.

Role Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Flows & Approval Processes.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
