- Experience in Real Estate Photo and Video Editing of properties is required.
- Capable of transforming raw photo files of properties into settings requested.
- Outstanding skills in Photo Enhancement.
- Should be able to create and design floor plans & redraws.
- Capable of transforming and stitching raw video footages of properties.
- Excellent with creating attractive videos for listings and online promotion.
- Highly skilled in editing and manipulating videos to produce high-quality output.
- Knowledgeable with multiple platforms including social media.
Experience in these tools is a must:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Lightroom
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Audition
- Basic Knowledge in HTML/CSS
