Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with Tenants and help resolve issues
  • Update and maintain Monday.com boards
  • Identify problems and issues along with ideas on how to resolve them
  • Maintain overall positive SLA metrics in Zendesk
  • Obtain positive online reviews

Qualifications

  • Excellent performance reports
  • Recommendations from Management
  • Zendesk, Yardi, Monday.com experience (preferred)
  • Extensive customer service skills
  • Experience in conducting callbacks and answering phones, and dealing with difficult people
  • Organized, efficient, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented
  • Likes to solve problems and figure out solutions
  • Enjoys challenging tasks and critical thinking
  • Positive, optimistic, energetic, thoughtful, and understanding
  • Team player
