Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with Tenants and help resolve issues
- Update and maintain Monday.com boards
- Identify problems and issues along with ideas on how to resolve them
- Maintain overall positive SLA metrics in Zendesk
- Obtain positive online reviews
Qualifications
- Excellent performance reports
- Recommendations from Management
- Zendesk, Yardi, Monday.com experience (preferred)
- Extensive customer service skills
- Experience in conducting callbacks and answering phones, and dealing with difficult people
- Organized, efficient, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented
- Likes to solve problems and figure out solutions
- Enjoys challenging tasks and critical thinking
- Positive, optimistic, energetic, thoughtful, and understanding
- Team player
