Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Organize maintenance priorities using MS Outlook tasks / AppFolio PM software.
  • Coordinating remote purchase of maintenance supplies and construction materials
  • Tracking repairs/work orders – remotely overseeing maintenance workers and contractors (mainly in AppFolio)
  • Respond to maintenance requests from tenants / coordinate quotes.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries regarding owed rent and coordinate with the accounting team.
  • Collection calls to non-paying or late paying tenants
  • Lease renewal calculation, negotiation, preparation, and follow-up
  • Leasing units – including marketing apartments for rent: advertise, respond to inquiries, and arrange showings.
  • Utilize AppFolio to maintain all management records.
  • Additional projects as instructed by the client.

Role Qualifications:

  • AppFolio experience is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service and administrative experience
  • 1+ years of experience working for a US Real Estate client is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal & written English
  • Skills needed:
  • Excellent organizational skills are critical.
  • High level of critical thinking / problem-solving
  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Multi-tasking
  • Attention to detail.
  • Computer skills (PPT, XLS experience helpful)
