Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with various tradespeople and vendors, ensuring timely start and completion of each phase of the home rehabilitation.
  • Confirm all appointments and manage the logistics associated with vendor and trade coordination.
  • Conduct research and identify new potential vendors and trades as needed to support project requirements.
  • Manage communication related to account receivables, including regular updates and coordination with case managers to ensure efficient collection of monies owed.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with all stakeholders, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to manage and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Additional tasks as instructed by the client.

Role Qualifications:

  • At least 1 Year experience in project management is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Independent and critical thinker with the ability to operate without constant direction.
  • Strong research skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and vendor management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in handling account receivables and financial communications.
  • Experience in coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders is preferred.
