Key Responsibilities
- Daily review of projects in Trello
- Placing orders as required
- Communication with partners about orders, briefs, and campaigns where necessary
- Invoicing and following up payments for partner print and merchandise orders.
- Working with your assigned Marketing expert to deliver Marketing Strategy Meetings and Launch Plan Presentations
- Assist with the setup of Google Business & Facebook Business Manager during onboarding.
- Assist with the creation of Facebook & Google Ads
- Assist with setting up Facebook Pixels, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager as required.
- Creation of Newsletter Templates
- Work with your Marketing expert to develop a launch social media plan and assist with posts (depending on partnership level)
Role Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience managing digital campaigns (META, Google)
- Ability to manage multiple ad accounts and campaigns.
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using analytics and reporting platforms, including native reports, Swydo, Google Data Studio, or similar.
- A self-starter, proactive in your approach to your work
- Experience with project management systems (Trello or similar)
- Adobe Creative Suite/Canva (desired, not essential)
