Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the Leasing Manager by conducting weekly reporting and analyzing data on leasing activities.
  • Handle inquiries on listings through phone and email, ensuring leads are allocated in line with company policies.
  • Manage and update online advertisements and social media content, ensuring quality control across marketing platforms.
  • Provide outstanding customer service on review platforms and social media to enhance reputation management.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in Yardi Voyager and Yardi Rent Café systems; prepare and manage lease documentation and post-leasing tasks.
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to facilitate the leasing and resident onboarding process.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, including identifying target demographics and tailoring marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to keep marketing efforts innovative and competitive.
  • Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, create engaging content for various platforms, and work with the creative team to produce attractive marketing materials.
  • Oversee the company’s online presence, optimizing search engine visibility and lead generation while maintaining a consistent brand image and enforcing brand guidelines.
  • Build relationships with current tenants, encourage referrals through events and loyalty programs, and promptly address tenant inquiries to improve satisfaction.
  • Work closely with property management to highlight property features and integrate marketing efforts with the leasing process.
  • Analyze performance metrics, use data to refine marketing strategies, and manage the marketing budget for maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Other projects as requested by the Department Head.

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Must be available to work multiple weekends a month.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Capability to multi-task in a “high-volume”, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
