Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants for managed properties.
  • Identify target demographics and tailor marketing efforts to their preferences and needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing remains innovative and competitive.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels.
  • Create compelling content, including property listings, advertisements, social media posts, and blog articles.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online directories.
  • Optimize digital marketing efforts for search engine visibility and lead generation.
  • Maintain a consistent and strong brand image across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines for property management marketing materials.
  • Cultivate relationships with current tenants and encourage referrals through tenant appreciation events and loyalty programs.
  • Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, enhancing tenant satisfaction.
  • Work closely with property management teams to understand each property’s unique features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts into the leasing process.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in property management marketing, real estate marketing, or a related industry
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in marketing or administration
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and tenants
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Creative thinker with the ability to create innovative marketing ideas
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
