Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the property management team.
  • Handle email correspondence and manage schedules.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating property records and databases.
  • Coordinate with association members, vendors, and contractors.
  • Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
  • Manage billing and invoicing tasks.
  • Support in organizing and managing virtual meetings and events.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Role Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with property management software Buildium is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
